We HORSE POWER ASSOCIATES TRADING LLC & HORSE POWER MOTORS FZCO are the reputed Automobile Trading Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and dealing in automobile trade worldwide including buying and selling of brand new Cars for Export with specifications to suit our vast client base. We are actively involved in international trade of all kinds of Automobiles and have established wide network of Clientele & Business Associates.

Horse Power was established in 2005 and is located in Dubai, UAE. The company started business by supplying project vehicles to construction companies, Mining companies and Oil refinery Companies but gradually extended its services to clients in other industry sectors . . .
Horse Power is a 4×4 project vehicle supplier. Companies need 4×4 project vehicles in the worksites and the equipment during their projects. Toyota Land Cruiser and Toyota Hilux are the mostly preferred 4×4 vehicles among global companies. Those vehicles proved themselves for being extremely durable and reliable on all kinds of terrain. Horse Power provides Toyota Land Cruiser and Hilux in short time periods thanks to its four geographically dispersed stocks which are located in Belgium, Turkey, Thailand and U.A.E.

What We Do

We provide personalized services to our clients which includes easy & affordable payment terms / conditions, delivery of vehicle at client’s preferred destination by Air / Sea / Road, etc., handling of logistic requirements, providing Insurance coverage with “A” clause at very nominal fee, forwarding of shipping documents & accessories by international courier to the client’s door step. We also supply Convertible vehicles like Ambulance, specialized vehicle, Trucks (both used & new), Construction machineries and equipments etc.

Our Service also Includes Spare Parts & Accessories :

Apart from supplying vehicles, we also supply spare parts and accessories to our clients at very nominal prices on CNF Basis. We supply After market accessories such as DVD players, Monitors, Cameras, Rear parking sensors, Spoilers (front & rear), leather seats, Bull bars, Alloy wheels, Fog lamps, Wooden Dash Board, Steering wheels, Tyres on our vehicles in response to our clients needs at affordable charges. We require minimum 3 days to fix accessories prior to shipment.
We dress your vehicle interior with the finest leather thanks to our excellent choice of quality products. You will certainly find the color and grain that suits you best and that will make your vehicle one of a kind.

Finance & Payment Modes

Payment Modes :
We provide flexible payment methods to our clients: Clients can pay us deposit on booking and balance after shipment of vehicles for specific countries. We accept deposit for production Orders and balance by Bank Transfer or By Letter of Credit before shipment of vehicles.

Finance :
We can provide finance to our clients subject to the feasibility of the deal.

LC / Advance Payment :
Our clients can pay us deposit for the vehicles and balance can be paid to us upon shipment or one week prior to the arrival of vehicles at Destination.
We also accept L/C payments. Our detailed L/c conditions are given hereunder:

Shipping & Insurance

Our dedicated Logistic Department handles all your shipments / vehicle delivery by Road, Air & Sea shipment (both container and Ro Ro Services) effectively. Due to our routine shipments, we enjoy special shipping Rates with leading Shipping Lines such as APL, MAERSK, MSC, China Shipping Line etc. which reduces our shipping cost substantially and gives our client happiness. We can also ship 3 / 4 / 5 units in 1 x 40 or 1 x 40 HQ containers to save our clients money, depending on the vehicles. Upon shipments, Shipping Documents such as Bill of Ladings will be faxed to our clients, so that they can track down their shipment on the Website belongs to the particular shipping Line. Upon 100 % payment confirmation , the original B/Ls shall be sent by DHL to your Office. We can supply you with the transport solutions that meet your demands. In some deals, even pictures of the vehicles can be provided / emailed to our clients to enable them to be sure what they buy at the request of clients. We have special arrangements with Insurance companies to insure the risk of Marine / Air / Road shipments, to protect our clients’ interests and money. We can provide “ A “ and “ C” clause Insurances for our vehicles at very nominal and competitive rates thereby we give peace of mind to our clients from all risks until the vehicles arrive at their Port of Destination. In case of any damage / scratches / total loss, we initiate follow ups with Insurance Companies and compensate our clients subject to availability of survey reports.

Terms & Conditions:

All Bank Charges Outside UAE are To The Account Of Applicant TT Reimbursement To Be Allowed
Latest Date Of Shipment : Within 3 Weeks From The Date Of Receipt Of L/C At Our Bank.
Expiry Date Of L/C : 21 Days From Latest Date Of Shipment
Days For Documents Presentation: 21 Days
Transhipment : Allowed

Certificate Of Origin Is Not Required

Registration
Upon specific request from our clients, we can provide Police No Objection Certificate along with vehicles before shipment / export, by Registering the vehicles at UAE Traffic Departments.

Certificate of Origin
We can also provide CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN for all the vehicles being supplied to our Clients, which is issued by Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industries as part of Legal Documents required in some countries to import the vehicles. In case, Certificate of Origin is required for any vehicle, our client must make out a request well before the shipment.
